To provide a structured qualification and training platform focusing on RNA biology to support RMaP graduate students and postdoctoral researchers, and promote their scientific excellence and independence.
To convey highest possible standards of research, education, and career guidance at all stages of the curriculum.
YouRMaP Qualification Plan
In addition to the pre-existing structured doctoral programs in Mainz and Heidelberg, YouRMaP offers state-of-the-art courses, soft skills and career development trainings.
A strong focus is on RNA-specific training and scientific education:
- Regular lecture series on RMaP-related scientific themes.
- Regular talks held by national/international experts.
- Method-centered workshops to acquire hands-on techniques.
- Secondments in laboratories within RMaP as well as in laboratories of international renown.
